Mersey Block Cleaning provides contract communal cleaning for managed residential blocks in Liverpool and Merseyside. We clean the shared internal areas — entrances, stairwells, corridors, lifts and bin stores — on behalf of commercial leasehold and block management companies.

Our services are for commercial leasehold and block management companies, managing agents and freeholders responsible for residential blocks. We don't work directly for individual residents or homeowners.

No. Mersey Block Cleaning is contract-only. We don't offer one-off, domestic, in-flat or end-of-tenancy cleans — only ongoing communal cleaning contracts for managed buildings.

We're based in Liverpool and cover the city centre, the waterfront, the Baltic Triangle, the Georgian Quarter and suburbs such as Wavertree, Aigburth, Allerton, Woolton and West Derby, plus wider Merseyside including Bootle, Crosby, Huyton, St Helens, Birkenhead, Wallasey and Southport.

Each block has a fixed monthly price, agreed after a site assessment. The price depends on the size of the communal areas, the number of floors and units, and how often the block is cleaned. Cleaning is booked a full day at a time, with at least one cleaning day every month.

As often as suits your building, as long as it's at least once a month. We can clean weekly, twice a week, fortnightly or monthly — almost any regular schedule works. Each clean is booked as a minimum of one full day, on fixed, agreed days, and we'll recommend a frequency after seeing the building.

Payment is set up as a direct debit that always runs after the monthly clean has been completed. You automatically receive your invoice at the same time each month without having to think about it.
