This website is operated by Mersey Block Cleaning, a trading name of C&L Trading Co. Limited (company number 17006294), a communal cleaning business based in Liverpool and serving Merseyside. For privacy questions, email hello@merseyblockcleaning.co.uk.
Information you provide
If you email us or request a call, we may receive your name, contact details, company information and anything you include in your message. We use this information to respond, arrange a site visit and prepare or discuss a cleaning proposal.
Why we use it
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, provide services, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Cookies and Google Maps
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser. If you accept optional content, the coverage section loads Google Maps. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under its own privacy terms. The map remains blocked if you reject optional content.
